Tis been a while etc etc…

So my plan backfired…lol I thought I´d have time and inspiration to get back here but it has taken me a coupple of months. Sowwy! 😉 So last time I promised to show something from the new stuff I got from Kiko´s in Paris. Here´s my latest nails where I used color nr 373 from Kiko over the entire nail and just added a lil spark on the outer/upper corner. Such a easy way to add a little zazz on an ordinary polish! Hope you´ll enjoy! And that you missed me! ;P

I just fell in love…

…and that my friends is a good sign to that I am well again! LOL I have been having some sort of flue the last few days and since Sunday really been under the weather… 😦 Poor lil me! 😉 Today I was feeling a bit better and thought I´d scoop the web for some inspiration for what I might wear to a dear friends wedding this summer. I know, I am way a head of myself (as usual) since the invitations haven´t even arrived yet. But still. I like to be prepared! One thing led to another and BAM there they were…my new and totally unconditional love! I WANT! I NEED!

They´re just classy enough for me to wear and just crazy enough for me to love! I found them on Lightinthebox.com (surprised???) so they are also totally cheap! Do you think these babies should move to me in near future?!

“The black discussion”

Hm, yes I tend to have this discussion with most of my friends. Now most recently with the lovely Gretchen, or well more her, uhm brother, one could say. 😉 Robert as soooo many of my stylish swedish friends adores black. Well let´s take this back to womens fashion where I am a little more at home. Most swedish women wears mostly black from fall until spring and then maybe during the summer a pop of colour can be worn. I am opposite. I never (well let´s say til at least 90% of never) wears black during fall, winter, spring. I prefer browns as a base and just loooves to use all sort of colours into my outfits. During summertime I can wear an occasionally black or black and white outfit. When everyone else is wearing colour. Hm, am I just obstinate?! At least I am not worse then that I can admit a defeat… I was browsing through fall 2013 fashion and actually found outfits I surely could wear! And yes Robert, if you are reading this, you know by what designer… 😉

All four of the wonderful creations above are by one of my favourite designers, John Galliano. The first two is from his fall line and the second two from his resort collection. Yes I would wear this outfits! All though that don´t mean I will be starting to wear all black! 😉 Maybe an occassionally dress or pant or so…but I still am more of a colourful lady! The more the better, right? 😉

My look for non traditional easter dinner wiff fiancé…

Yeah we just wanted to spend time together this easter day. So after a looong walk in the sunshine, coffe downtown, some chillin in the sofa at home we decided to go out for dinner. We ended up ( as usual 😉 ) at a local italian restaurant with the best pizzas ever! 🙂 Chevré toast as starter, real thin and crisp italian pizza and then pannacotta to tip things of, yummy! When we got home I asked my fiancé to take some photos so I could share my todays look with you guys and I got company by the cutest lil model you´ve ever seen! 😉 Always nice to get a proper welcome when one steps inside the door…

New clothes for the cats?

So now that I started on my DIY project to turn a cardigan and a dress into a jacket (read my first post about it HERE) I was thinking that maybe I should use the leftovers to sew new clothes for my cats. Well my cats are of the breed Sphynx wich means they are naked and that means that they sometimes when we travel wears clothes… The little one doesn´t mind at all however the chubby cat with the hot temper goes into one of her bad moods when she has to wear a jacket… Now they wear black fleece jumpers I sew of my mothers old fleece jacket together with a dogjacket. But maybe it´s time for something more fashionable?!

And my own lovelies;

First the little Cleo in her fleece (don´t have pics of Kyra in her fleece because she got in a bad mood and hid under the bed and then didn´t leave the travel cage on the train)

Cleo in her dogjacket

Kyra, the chubby cat (and here also grumpy cat) in her dogjacket

And at the shelf on their pillow, overseeing us at home 🙂

Longing for fall?!

Yes! For a short period of time today I actually did! Wich is soooo weird…because I just can´t wait for it to become warmer here! Just the fact that it snowed this weekend made me instantly wanna move to the Caribbeans! So what triggered this weird and abnormal longning for fall then you might wonder? Well, I was browsing the web for some DIY tips. I have soooo many ideas at the moment but just not enough time to make them real since they all are a little bigger projects… I really hope I can get at least one made this weekend…cross your fingers for me! Well back to this fall-longing-buisness. I came across the 2013 fall line for Libertine. I soooo loved it! For most of my friends it would be over the top but I have always had a love for rich colours and ethnic patterns. So I thought I share some of my favourite looks with you guys! Here we go!

The first and last looks here are my two favourites I think. I´d wear them in a heartbeat! Would you wear any of the looks?

Gårdagens makeup

Så jag fick en del förfrågningar angående den makeup jag bar igår. Ni kanske såg den på avstånd i inlägget Off to work!
